Xtian HaiKu: “Arizona Autumn Arrives”

Funny thing is, it looks a lot like Arizona Spring at first

This is what we looked like at the beginning of the Summer

The temperature gauge in my car looked like this

And now, this was the view as I entered my vehicle, ready for another morning commute to work  yesterday.  What a difference, Yeah?

AAA in Az

Spring weather returns

Temperatures rise and fall

Fall is the New Spring

Autumn Hopes

Weather starts to change

‘Cooler, with a chance of rain’

Time to start planting.

Idle Hands?

Sand and dead, dry soil

Sowing beds need tending to

Fall crop going in.

We will be planting dinosaur kale, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, Swiss chard, a smattering of different herbs, and whatever else looks good at the garden center. What about you? Will you be starting or replanting a Fall/Winter garden? Where are you in the world? What have been your experiences?

  1. Hi Mike
    Beautiful scenery.
One usually show their appreciation to the creator of such masterpieces.

It becomes a vacuous world when we choose to have no one to be thankful/grateful to. No?
